This place has absolutely disgusted me as a support person for my fianc. You would think throughout mental health help, your supports and people helping you after you get discharged would be important! Apparently not! I asked my fianc about visiting and he said its a set hour time, three times a week! For people unfamiliar with the mental health system this may seem totally acceptable, but many facilities offer much more flexible hours. I am 40 minutes away! And for the family members who work at that time, good luck! Its sickening. I had come all the way up and traffic was a bit bad, I would have made it if I was given the right address!! I had clarified and both times the receptionist and staff member were heavily annoyed as if I was asking something that was not okay. I was not able to make it in time, and couldnt even say hi to him, even though they dont have curfew. And now I will not be able to see him and show my support in person, because he doesnt have another visit till next week. Do better!! Or dont run a facility, simple! People go to be treated, not babysat and barely supported.

Uncomfortable af and workers are spiteful. Don't go here! they'll try to drive you crazy by meddling you up with heavy medication that cause insomnia, forcefully and not care when they see you walking the halls all night for multiple days. (This place needs to be investigated FOR SURE it's sketchy)

My sister was being seen here. She has not gotta any of the help she really needs. The drs wont do their jobs and nwither will the social workers.

Ive been here quite a few times hopefully the last time was the last time but it was a great help!
