Worked for them , worst place I've ever worked with and for , unorganized Noone k ow how to inform employees when there are changes , don't pay u right screwed me out of mileage for running arranges for Client arrands , missed hrs that I worked and was told they don't care about , employees are patients ,said they did house visits foe clients monthly, didn't do a one , I would not recommend this company to take care of a fish , they hire drug addicts , one lady was so high when I was filling out app in back room she was talking about her personal life and told I could put her down as a reference ..but she didn't know ..wth ...this place needs to be reported and shut down , O ly one decent office worker and they work her to death so sad that they treat her worse and don't pay her what she is worth For doing it all Darlene is a sweetie. So horrible this place is not professional at all.

Horrible lie to you to get you into the door. The girls in the office just don't have a clue and are ignorant. There are 1 or 2 in there have a clue. Treat their employees like mules and underpay them. They also lie to the clients.

I've work the company. I gave it 4stars because pay is ridiculous. You literally put your life aside for someone else's, I've 16hrs at a time, cooking, cleaning, bathing, helping a 300lb person missing limbs, in and out of bed for the bathroom or doing diapering at night all for $10 hour! Like ??? The warehouses are paying almost $1000 a week. You can work 3-4 days and make $700 a week, I would make that every two weeks working every day/night. Other than that the company is great in accommodating your schedule (like if you have kids) and they do try their best to hire competent people. Unfortunately Pottsville is an abandoned town mostly drugged filled. So it is miss or hit with the workers. Also some of the consumers have family issues and it becomes very hard to deal with the family who often mistake you for a slave and expect you to do housework and other things out of your job requirements. But issues aren't the company's fault, the really do try.... I liked working there and I liked my boss, I just hate the going rate. McDonald's is paying $17 an hour...

What a joke of a company. First you have donna who plays everyone against each other. Emily was so very sweet and so was Jennifer. But donna let clients verbally abuse me and say if they did something to me they will get away with it. I would never recommend anyone to work here or be a client
