        Did not receive the designer item I ordered and they denied my claim. Cant believe they stole so much money from me. Needless to say, I will never shop there again and have closed my SAKS credit card for good.

        Ordered 2 designer belts from OFF SAKS but I only received one belt. When I called, they denied my claim and would not refund me the $257. Now I am with no belt and out of pocket hundred of dollars. I will never shop with this company again as they think its ok to steal from their customers!!! I am so sad. So unfortunate that they have such terrible customer service! BUYER BEWARE!!!
