        I paid the legal fees in advance for a relatively simple real estate transaction and I fully understand that things happen that may cause delays with the COVID situation and the booming real estate market. However.......I emailed my contact at the firm repetitively for a simple update as to the progress of said transaction with no response for days and days. The last message I sent was "Did you receive my email from two days ago?" and still no reply as of today. If you are looking for a firm that checks their emails and responds to you in a reasonable amount of time this is not the place for you..........I will update this post after the transaction I paid for is complete.
