Tom and his team installed a large 8 ft floor to ceiling gym mirror. They did an excellent job, communicated well throughout the process and really enjoyed working with them. Highly recommend Tom for all your glass needs!

Do not use these people. I had a window with cracked glass and a broken latch that would not enable you to close the window. They fixed the glass and not the latch so I still cannot close the window. They said I only paid for the repair of the Glass and not repair of the window FOR $350.00???? So I guess our conversation regarding the latches went unheard???? I even ordered extra latches and when he told me the price of the latch I said just order what was needed to fix the window. I guess he forgot that conversation. He then said the frame for the window is rotted and not to spend any more money on the window. Had he had told me of the rotting wood before the work I would of replaced the whole window. They didn't cleanup after the work and they didn't move the furniture back after the repairs. I then noticed a big gap between the window and the wooden frame. Ran out and made them come back in to put some sealant on the window;;;;; WOW! so my desire to hire a local repair guy and not the big company people cost me big time. Just don't hire this guy!

I had a great experience with anywhere glass and aluminum I had Matthew replace 3 windows he could not of been more professional and detail oriented.. I would use this company again and I highly recommend them .

I had 3 large double paned windows replaced due to the seal being broken and condensation forming between the panes. Because of a couple of unforeseen issues on the company's part it took 2 mos. to complete. Not long after the installation of the new windows I noticed condensation forming between the panes again. Mr. Ferrell came out with his teenage son (who he is training and doing most of the work) to apply a sealant to the outside of the window to prevent the rain water from seeping in. The sealant was applied very sloppily and looked unprofessional. I asked for it to be smoothed out. I was told that they would be back the following day after it dried to clean up the excess sealant. Unfortunately they never returned. I reached out again via email after a couple of weeks because I noticed the same issue reoccurring. And I also expressed my unhappiness with the sealant job that they did and that I would now have to pay someone else to correctly apply sealant to the windows. I was told by Mr. Ferrell " I do not appreciate the tone of your e-mail. Do what you have to do."
