If I could would give 0 star. No itemized bill. Plus it was gonna cost $986 for my taxes when the guy we had been going to before we moved charged us $212 the year before. He gave an itemized bill with what forms and how much each form was. Jean Wampole was a complete Bi*** the entire time. Couldn't figure out how to do most of the things required. No upfront pricing, was told by corporate they have no standard pricing, the accountant charges what they feel it should be. Utterly unprofessional. Will drive the hour it takes to get to old tax guy. Was also told by corporate to complain to the branch manager and not them. This is not customer service! Since they replied, we did contact your corporate number and they said to contact the branch manager, when we called that number, it rang, then said the number you are calling cannot be reached. Not calling corporate again to get told there is nothing they can do. The guy we use to go to charges $85 to fill out standard 1099A forms, some forms were $5 some were $9 but last year was only charged $212. $986 is and unbelievable amount to be charged. No one should ever use this company!
