Amazing experience working with Oscar and Solaris Builders to renovate a bathroom on the third floor of an old house in Philadelphia. They moved a wall, removed a cast iron tub, broke up two layers of tile flooring and put it all back together to create my vision. From the communication to the cleanup, every detail was meticulous. Oscar is a total professional, and a careful craftsman. He encountered quite a few surprises in our 100+ year old house, but never flinched. He solved every problem expertly, and his prices were extremely fair. Most importantly to us, he really took care of our house, and everyone's health while we were all home. He and his team were extremely careful to follow all COVID-19 protocols while working inside to make sure everyone stayed safe and healthy. I cannot say enough good things about choosing Solaris for this tricky job. I wouldn't hesitate to call Solaris again when it's time for our next renovation project.
