Pottstown Pharmacy

This pharmacy is amazing. I used to go to CVS, which is horrible. They were able to get me my correct medication in a timely manner. Receptionist or cashier was very kind and friendly, she made you feel like a friend rather than a customer. The location is also very convenient. I plan on transferring all of my medications here soon. 10/10 service.

My experience here is limited to a handful of times and each time I unfortunately required more assistance than merely picking up or dropping off a perscription and each time I needed additional help or information I must admit I did get it... Eventually, but I always left feeling like I did something wrong or in convincing to whom ever I approached for help. On the phone while needing further assistance I again felt like I was a problem, not like a customer needing help with a problem. So although your needs seem to get met here, you may still some how leave feeling a bit unsatisfied.

This is the pharmacy my family uses, for my husband, myself and our 18 month old, we never have issues getting our medication and we don't have to wait long either! I recommend coming here to a big pharmacy like rite aid or CVS or Walgreens. They always have all the medications we need, and they're very kind as well!
