I highly recommend Mayerson Injury Law. The insurance company would not settle my claim after I slipped on black ice that had been left in a parking lot for a week. I was out of work for close to 60 days and required surgical repair of my fractured arm, including 10 screws and a plate. Ben Mayerson and Tyler Christ took my case to trial in Montgomery County and the jury handed up a verdict of $250,000. The only offer from the insurance company prior to trial, after a year of litigation, was $10,000. We had no choice but to go to trial and we won! In fact, the jury expressed outrage that the insurance company hadnt settled the case prior to trial.
