        I have just phoned, after hours, to start the process for an appointment. If the answering service is any reflection of Dr. Jimenezs office, I am certain I have chosen correctly. I was handled with such care and humanitydefinitely a gold standard in our current day world. Thank you so much for putting me at such ease. I look forward to a call to schedule the appointment.

        Pathetic office staff!!!!!! Doesn't give a,damn about providing medical care!!!!!! I was,referred to her by the ER and despite 7 calls and a cumulative hold time of close to 4 hours her staff COULD NOT schedule an appointment. What the hell kind of Dr.'s office keeps you on hold for 30 minutes trying to schedule an appointment????? I think the AMA need a to look into her staff!!
