Michael went above and beyond for me- more than once! I went in and the pieces I wanted were out of stock in store and Michael so graciously ordered them through the warehouse for me. Due to some unexpected life hiccups, I wasnt going to be home to receive my package. He worked tirelessly with the warehouse to reroute my package across the country. Im obsessed with these pieces and would have been heartbroken to wait until next year to have them. So appreciative! 20/10 customer service!

Ned is the best. I have been to this store 3 times. It's a 1 1/2 hour drive for us but the closest I have other than going to a small W-S, and I am planning on driving there next time I want to buy another piece. He is always very helpful, responds honestly to my questions, guides me when I'm looking at something but there's something that would make more sense for me, and is incredibly patient with my very undecided self + I love the Le Creuset things I have bought there.

Le Creuset is my favorite brand of cookware, and the Pottstown store is without question my favorite place to buy. The store manager, Michael, is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Patty, who is part of the staff, is also a standout. Also always helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. They go way above and beyond to fill your needs (or wants) and remember your preferences for color and your name. Remembering a customers name sounds like a small thing, but it is a rarity nowadays. And a sign of excellence, in my opinion. Additionally, the store is always wonderfully maintained. No dust here and window displays that are current and a nice open shopping experience where things are well organized and easy to shop. Table and wall displays are eye catching and make sense. All in all a great store and the best people on staff anywhere :).
