I was referred to Dave Morrison and didnt know what to expect as the Medicare world was a complete unknown to me. I care for my brother who had just been approved for disability and was going on Medicare. Dave took a lot of time with me, he answered my endless questions and always made me feel like we were a team working to make the very best decisions on a plan that would support my brother well. He was thorough in requesting me to provide my brothers medications and doctors/facilities. Dave then went away and researched which plans would be able to support us seamlessly. He reviewed different plans with me and highlighted the benefits and any potential obstacles. We selected an amazing plan for my brother, I have never had an insurance company be so communicative! In addition, Dave told me that he is unique in that he also provides ongoing maintenance so if I have any questions at all, I can come back to him. Well a few things came up over the next several months and true to his word, he was quick and comprehensive in his responses, all the while never dismissing me but rather encouraging me to continue to reach out to him. Dave is kind, compassionate, thorough, professional and extremely responsive! He cared for me as a good friend would.
