Scott and his son recently replaced our natural gas furnace and A/C unit. Scott has a nack to explain the efficiencies of the new unit and the replacement process in a way that is easy to understand. Cornerstone is trustworthy and reliable. We highly recommend them.

Previously, we had Cornerstone HVAC service our original furnaces. They are always professional, prompt, informative and very good at diagnosing/repairing any issue we have had. Recently our 18-year-old 1st floor furnace stopped working and we were without heat. I immediately called Cornerstone HVAC. Scott (owner) answered my afterhours phone call and made time the following morning to stop out and access the situation. He arrived at 8:30 am and looked over the furnace. Scott explained what had happened and why and offered me advice on how to repair the problem. Later that same day, he provided pricing and did not sell me or pressure me into purchasing anything I didn't need. He was honest and answered all of my questions about a new furnace, the install process and the warranty. After comparing other quotes and other furnaces we happily decided to call Scott at Cornerstone HVAC and move forward with their quote. He easily beat all of the other competitor's pricing! Scott and his son arrived promptly at 8:45am (as promised) to install the new furnace. They both worked diligently all day and by 430pm the install was complete, and we had heat! Scott and his son did a fantastic job! They meticulously installed a new Goodman Furnace and Goodman AC compressor and they look great! Scott took the time to show us how to operate our new thermostat and new furnace. He showed & explained all that they did, where to buy and how to change the filter, where to locate the serial and model numbers for the furnace and AC compressor, provided the manuals for the new units and even walked us through the warranty registration. It is clear that Cornerstone pays attention to every detail and is only interested in satisfying their customers. My wife and I are happy, completely satisfied and we highly recommend Scott and Cornerstone HVAC!!!
