Rent-A-Center

Everything was smooth until I look at my bill and seeing I'm being charge for something I've never bought I never tried to buy I don't even know what it is maybe they should fix that.

This place is horrible. They are rude, literally call you enough times to file harassment, they threaten you in emails I was threatened with theft by Cathy and even though I bite my tongue now, she was rude as hell on Saturday to me and Im making sure something is done about it! I called corporate to complain about this store and they said the district manager would call all for me to never get a call. Unfortunately I moved out of a place and my landlord disposed of the furniture before letting me Come back to get it and I am now making payments on something I have no possession of which I totally understand, my fault. But the professionalism of the store is horrible and the management is rude and careless. Id love to see if any of the workers in that store would like the treatment they so freely give to others like they are the police. I will be calling RAC again and putting in another complaint after how rude their manager was to me on Saturday.

I got my order on a Friday and did not care for it and was unable to return it so I got stuck with some thing that I absolutely do not like and Im only halfway through the payments
