This isn't a place anyone has to go, but sadly we all lose loved ones. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, respectful and caring. Losing a loved one is never easy but the people here making getting through it all so much easier. You feel like your loved one is safe and that they truly care about you!

We recently lost our father and I can't tell you enough how helpful Mike At Schumacher Benner was through the entire process. When our father began declining several months ago we went to Schumacher Benner to set up a funeral fund so that the government couldn't penalize him for having a 3 thousand dollars in the bank and refuse him the aid he needed to attain the nursing care he now needed. Mike guided us through exactly what was needed to ensure this money would be safe and available for cremation when the time came.
When our father passed just a couple of weeks ago with his family by his side, Mike called us within several hours to let us know our father was safe with him.
When we went in a few days later to finalize arrangements, Mike went over everything that needed to be done. Ordered the death certificates, notified Social Security and handled applying for his funeral benefits through the Veterans. He communicated with us every step of the way.
It was a comfortable process in a stressful time. I would not hesitate to recommend Schumacher & Benner.

Schumacher & Benner Funeral Home one of the most compassionate, caring Funeral Home. Eddie Schumacher, and Michael Benner top Notch! My family has always been well taken care of. I love that they are very professional, and show complete respect for the deceased. They treat you like family. Thanks for all you do.!
