We've had Wes Elliott here 4 separate times to install flooring for us. He is a top notch professional. He promptly returns calls; gives fair estimates; makes expert recommendations; explains every step of the process; arrives on time - puts on his headphones and is "in the zone" while working (i.e., not on his cell phone doing business while at your job). He starts and finishes in the timeline promised. Through the years, he has put wood flooring in our living room, dining room, foyer, hallway, family room, master bedroom, and landing at the top of the stairs. He also installed beautiful wood stairs and upstairs and downstairs railing, which he had stained to match the flooring. We referred our daughter to him and he stripped and refinished their living room/dining room in a very old home - the results were beautiful - never would have known there was such a gorgeous floor underneath those years of wax and wear.
