Very happy with the services provided. We purchased a home in Philadelphia from a house flipping outfit who totally misled us. When we threatened legal action they sent in three contractors and none on them were registered with the City of Philadelphia. We brought out an inspector from Licensing and Inspections who cited the previous workers on the property (before we were owners). When we pressed the L and I Agent for a reputable company he gave us Foundation Experts. The company helped us go after the seller and the contractors and we were able to get back over 10,000 dollars. We used half of that money to get the foundation right! Highly recommend. Their engineer sat down with my husband and I and discussed the perils of the french drain waterproofing systems that many of the unregulated and uninsured waterproofing contractors are installing. They did a great job for us. Another company did our neighbors basement and they are suing them. So do your homework and check with the town.
