Your new "business model" will be the death of this location. Local business owners don't want to setup accounts for 1 or 2 item pickups that have to be done online.

I believe your poor business practices will cause you to go bankrupt, at least at this location. Goodby, I have other options with other suppliers, you are no longer needed by this client. Your location is all you had going for me.

Been coming to this location since I opened my business two years ago. I have no reason to have an account because we only buy piece items but now you can't do walk ins? I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I bought 50 fastenal brand 1/2x3 3/4 wedge anchors the first go around for roughly 50 bucks, the same day I went back to get another box of the anchors. The guy at the counter said they dont have fastenal brand but they have dewalt brand which is 100 bucks for a box of 50, I call back right after I leave and a different person answers the phone than who checked me out. He went and checked and said that there was a box of fastenal brand anchors of the size that I needed. Beware of the big tall young guy with dark hair, hes supposedly a sales rep, hes is dishonest and is out to screw you over.
