Had my first facial today with Kayla and it was amazing! She was extremely thorough and made the experience better than I could have imagined. I would recommend Kayla to anyone looking for a way to treat yourself or a loved one to a relaxing treatment!

We went to the spa for a celebration with four people in our party on a Sunday and will not be returning. We all loved the facial with Santana. She was wonderful. However when we made the appointment for the four of us we were not informed that there was only one person available for facials. when we arrived for our 12:15 and 12:30 appointments we discovered that the last facial was scheduled for 4pm. Three of us ended up waiting for 50 minutes at the end. The four of us agreed that the manicures and the pedicures were the worst we have ever had. They did not clean under the nails and they totally ignored the cuticles. For the pedicures, they ignored ingrown nails and they did not soften or scrape the feet. When we left our feet still felt rough. Additionally the regular polish was gone after one day for one of our party. For the dip polish manicure, which usually lasts us three weeks, the polish came off one of the nails in less than 1 week. The cuticles were still extremely dry and cracking. Maybe the weekdays are better but we will not be returning to find out.

First time client a buddy of mine recommended his hair stylest cause I saw how his hair looked. I booked my appointment with Samantha and she did a great job she very professional took her time and did what I was looking for. Very nice place as well thank you.

Had my 6th appointment in the past 2 years today and It was the best one I've had. Bonnie was absolutely amazing, so sweet, and really considered my opinion during consultation. It was the first time I felt that the stylist understood what I was asking, better than I did . Not only did I leave with a great highlight and haircut but I got a free eyebrow wax, a coupon for a friend and probably my new stylist. Very impressed by Bonnie and her charisma. She did a wonderful job. Also Regina (the ethestician who did my eyebrows) did such a gentle job applying wax , when she asked me if it was too hot - I hadn't even felt it had been applied. I guess gone are the days of me paying $8 in a nail salon back room for an eyebrow wax. Very impressed. I'll continue to be back and reccomend to friends. Very pleased with my visit today, and thanks again Bonnie.
