It's nice to finally find a contractor with a cross between old school craftsmanship yet new world technology! The finished job was definitely top shelf and it was nice to find somebody that took pride in their work.

I would not trust any estimate that this man gives you. First we signed the contract and gave him the deposit in June of 2018 he stated that he could start by August. He did not start until December, that should have been my first clue. We were told that the whole job could be completed in two months. It took seven months to complete!! Mind you, this is our only full bath so we were taking showers in the basement from a hose hooked to the sink. Every time he gave us a estimate of time I will have the floors in by Friday he never made it. He cannot even make his own time estimates. He would do add-on work without ever getting permission from us or letting us know how much it would be. We would simply be handed a bill and told we owe this because he had already done the work. The whole project was more than 20 percent over budget and 300 percent over time. I don not recommend this contractor to anyone!
