PSR Performance

I stopped in to have my car diagnosed for a bad misfire. They couldn't do it at the time which is fine so we scheduled to drop it off about a month out. I drop my car off hand over my keys. I drive past the shop on my way from work so i see the car sitting right where i left it for 2 months. They call me to say the battery is dead (no duh) and need help with my Bluetooth headlight draining the battery. I solve that issue for them and go on my way. 8 months later I go to pick up my unfixed undiagnosed vehicle with weeds growing through the engine bay covered in dust and pollen and my 8000$ paint job sunbeaten and ruined. And to make things more funny they tried to charge me for a battery replacement that was caused by them

Brad was Outstanding in both Service & Transparency, came in for a misfire that had a tight deadline due to a purchase deal, he went above and a beyond to ensure it got done within the timeline ! Also gave some great pointers & advise for vehicle care.. definitely going to keep going to PSR

Bradley ace hettinger took a deposit for a car from me. Hasnt answered in weeks. Dont try to buy this car. He thinks Im going to lay down N get beat for money. Highly advise to stay away.

I took my 98 Camaro to the shop for an oil change. A few days later, I started hearing a knocking sound from my engine bay. When I went to go check the level of oil in the car. I realize that there is no oil in the engine. It seems that the owner forgot to put oil in my car I never thought that this could ever happen. How do you forget to add oil to a Car doing doing a oil change???
