Mark and his team are top notch! He is there for you every step of the way to answer the most basic questions to the more complex. He has a way of breaking down the more challenging answers in a way everyone can understand. He is also very responsive and gives you what you need when it's needed. He also is supported by a strong team, Heidi and Chad, who go above and beyond to get you to closing. This is the second time I've worked with Mark to purchase a house, and as long as I continue to purchase in the areas he is licensed, I will continue to utilize him.

Most UNRELIABLE service ever. My family worked with Leno Skaria and applied for a jumbo home mortgage loan in order to secure the lowest interest rate possible. This came with many requirements and paperwork to submit. After weeks of working with their team and following all necessary work, our loan was "conditionally approved". However there were complications with the home appraisal which caused a reappraisal to be done, according to them. In the meantime Movement Mortgage did nothing but sugarcoat the problem and waste time. They stretched out our time till the day of the scheduled closing (8/8/22) just to have a fabricated story about the second appraisal being denied (because 2 appraisals done by 2 completely different lenders apparently came out to be the same) and also had the audacity to send us away with a CONVENTIONAL loan (HIGHER INTEREST RATE of course). This changed the rates, messed up everything and greatly affected us financially. Closing was pushed to 8/22 instead. The delay in closing also messed with the sellers time and finances (they were supposed to close another deal after selling this home). They will waste your time and keep pertinent information from you till the last moment to have you panic and SELL OFF THEIR LOAN WITH THE HIGHER RATES.
