Montgomery Medical Equipment, an AdaptHealth company

This company is scamming me. I have tried since January to get equipment picked up. They say they will send someone and no one comes. I still get their bill each month. When I call customer service none of their prompts relate to equipment pick up services.

Montgomery Medical equipment has supplied my oxygen concentrator, tubing and tanks since 2015. Customer service has always been kind and answered the phone promptly. I appreciate their 5 star service.

I placed and paid for supplies last year and was missing the head gear. I called an told them this. They sent out the item and I have been charged for it ever since. I explained that it was paid for and that I should not have to pay a second time for merchandise not received. I am fighting with them over 2.15. Let's not forget that they kept my car information and started auto billing me without my permission until I had that stopped.

I am not sure which location helped us today but my husband's oxygen machine stopped working. After a phone call, answered quickly, we had a new machine within 2 hours. Great service.
