I feel like I got totally ripped off. This is what I paid 4.99 for, and bought 2. After driving 30 minutes up there and ordering it and then driving another 30 minutes home to opening up the box and noticing that there was no baking or topping on top of the sandwiches. Then I turn around to call them and let them know what is going on should I save the food and run back up there? Well I tried to call the number and no one answers. It tells you to go on their website to order. What about customer service? For how excited I was about getting stuff from there and even showing the wife to maybe run back out there and order more very discussed it with this.

Honestly, not impressed with the hype. Donut was dense and seemed stale. Ordered a donut with a sugar flower on top and was told not to eat it because it was too hard. Why did I pay for something I can't eat? Outside of the box was sticky and spotted with topping glaze, had to put it in a bag just to transport it home and wipe my hands before I could touch anything else. Inside looked sloppy and chaotic and package was the same.
