I had a very good initial visit. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to getting my smile back again.

Everything went very well. Everyone was so nice in the office. Office is very well taken care of. The Dr.was excellent! Thank you Affordable Dentures in Wilkes Barre,Pa. for a good experience.

Hi l had a dental appointment this AM at 8 AM l came all the way from New York City for this appointment - three hr drive, l arrived at 8:10 AM upon arrival there was another patient in the waiting area with his family l asked him what time is your appointment ? he said 8AM, l said my appointment is also a at 8 AM the receptionist came to the window and said l had to reschedule but called the other gentleman in to be seen of course l was irate angry and disappointed l explained if we both have an appointment at the same time why is he being seen and not me ? Now two things came to mind either racism because Im black and hes white or there personal agenda is more important than treating me the client. I proceeded to ask to speak to the Dr./Dentist my request was denied - l was not sure if Dr. was in yet. I proceeded to tell the receptionist that l am a Registered Nurse for 32 years now and l am also an Army Veteran whom worked in Dentistry while serving, so l happen to know a little about pt care! As a medical professional you take an oath to stay protect and serve. I stated l would like to stay until the Dr. arrives? The receptionist then told me she was going to call the cops which she did. I waited to the cop arrived and flagged him down and explained situation to him he proceeded to go in the office to tell the receptionist that l wanted to speak to the Dr. he came out and said it would probably better to call HR or to send e mail then he said they said you have to reschedule? and then the officer said, you sure you want to deal with these people So l waited for about an hour in parking lot hoping to see the Dr. At this time the client whom had the 8 AM appointment came out and said the Dr is in now and he stated, l dont know why they treated you like that there are no other patients inside l noticed that the same cop circling the parking lot and l walked over to his vehicle and asked him to escort me back to the office for my safety so l could speak to the Dr. He said that l made them feel uncomfortable its better to contact HR l proceeded to tell him that the person who calls the cops arent the ones who are always right it appeared that she felt privileged, but she underestimated me, she chose appearance over content of character. In my opinion both these ladies should be fired or disciplined at some level. Thank You
