Evaluated a GV80 lease. Price was extremely high, even considering current inventory issues. When my questions got more specific and pointed, communication ceased. I know how leases are calculated. They're well above reasonable.

Don't bother shopping here. This is one of the unscrupulous dealers who is taking advantage of the current situation and charging an $8000.00 dollar "market adjustment" OVER msrp. They are making money at msrp, so what are you ( the consumer) getting for an additional 8000 dollars????Save your time and shop somewhere else. There are still honest dealers out there not looking to rip off consumers.

We wanted a GV70 and were ready to buy. We liked the salesman but he sent us an email that his manager was adding a $4k market adjustment. We went to a very reputable dealer in CT that we bought from a few years back. Our car is due in 3weeks from now and we are paying MSRP.

Cheap oil change which was nice. The car came back clean as well. Other than that, I waited almost 3 hours for them to tell me they refused to replace a fuse to attempt to fix our blower and they sent us home. I don't recommend if you have any real issues. UPDATE: After the above happened, we came back at a later date and we were told it would be a $5,200 repair not covered under warranty because we tried to fix it ourselves (since we couldn't get any sort of assistance here). Ended up having to get rid of the car altogether. If they would've looked at it the first time, this wouldn't have happened. Really irritating and unfortunate. This all happened the week of August 5, 2022. Aka our wedding week which made it so much better... Also, in response to the owner of the Google business, the appt/vehicle was not under my name, it was under my husband's.

quick service on my genesis g80 when I had a recall it was in and out within 2 days, only complain I have is I asked them to check my car to see if it needs an alignment because when I drive it pulls to the right, I got told they took it for a drive and said it was perfect and didn't need one, took it to another dealership whose also authorized as a genesis dealership and magically I needed an alignment, busy or not don't be lazy and just full out a form saying you checked my car when you didn't because it's noticeable when you look at the paper you get vs what your car actually shows..you chose to take care of people's vehicles so when we bring them to you don't do whatever you can to get them out the fastest if it's not the right thing to do thats careless work and unprofessional
