There's several great things about ProHealth! First, the facility is very clean and organized. Second, the staff really makes you feel like family. They are very knowledgable and Dr. G is loaded with helpful information. He aligns my spine once a week and it feels much better each time. I also do Hyperbaric Oxygen treatments which have been helping with my energy levels. Mariah who assists me is extremely helpful and great at making you feel at home! I recommend you check this place out you won't regret it.

The Be The New You program REALLY DOES WORK!!!!!! I heard about on the radio and was skeptical. I set up an appointment with Mariah over the phone and the initial meeting was about an hour long. The program is not cheap, but, it is effective, if you follow the rules. The first couple of days were tough until my body got use to it and shortly after I started to see the weight come off. I wanted to lose 25-30 lbs and did so in about 30-40 days. The weight has stayed off since going back to eating normal size portions. I would recommend anyone who is looking to lose weight to give them a call.

After hearing an ad on the radio for ProHealth's Be The New You weight loss program, and while skeptical, I decided to give it a try. During my first visit, the program was fully explained including everything that was expected of me as well as what I should expect from "BNY". My goal was to loose 30 lbs. In less than three months, I have lost 42 lbs. and am currently on the maintenance phase at around 160 lbs. I went from size 36 waist slacks to size 32. I was wearing XL shirts and now I'm comfortable in Medium shirts. It works!! It has been fun buying new, smaller, clothing. The staff is outstanding! They are encouraging and never critical and always offer menu and exercise tips to help along the way. I want to give special thanks to Mariah and Nadia! They made the weekly trip to Pittston pleasant and worthwhile. THANK YOU LADIES!!! You made the journey much easier. If you are serious about losing weight, give these folks a try.
