Arrived on time even with a snow storm this morning. Removed old washing machine and installed new one in 30 minutes. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with this company today! Im sorry to hear other people did not. The delivery coordinator at the call center was so nice and professional. The gentlemen who delivered and set up my new washer were friendly, extremely efficient, and professional. The entire team at RAS Pittsburgh turned the negative experience of having my washer break into a positive experience. Thank you all! One of the delivery drivers said I would receive a survey call but I never did. My spam blocker may have blocked it Hopefully I get it tomorrow.

I was anticipating having the worst experience after reading these reviews. Quite the opposite. I ordered a dishwasher and new fridge from Home Depot. The only issue i had was they said they would be here in 20 minutes, and it was about an hour later they showed up. Other then that, very polite, no issues with delivery, and everything is working.

These are the most inept people on the planet. I'm talking meat with eyes and not much more. We ordered appliances for delivery on Saturday to which the employee called and made me aware he lacked the mental capacity to bring the necessary parts for install. He assured me the following Monday someone would be out to hook it up. I call Monday morning and speak to 4 different people who none of which could say anything other than I'll receive a call back. Now I'm currently on the phone with home depot trying to right the situation as the employees at ras lack the mental dexterity of a soap and were completely unable to fix the situation. If you had the choice between stage 3 colon cancer and dealing with these people, id consider the tumor.
