        If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the same company as laser ship, and I had to take them to the news because they did the same thing. Its a fraudulent company. Ive contacted the BBB and Im contacting the news yet again. I am falling. Criminal charges against this company for theft of packages

        Packages are not delivered even though the tracking number will state that the package was dropped off. This has occurred multiple times and I try to tell the customer service of the company I ordered from to say away and use another delivery service.

        If I could give lower than one star, I would. Falsely claimed my package was delivered and it wasnt. Completely automated customer service with no human reps. Even their phone number is computerized. Someone should honestly file a police report on them because this is criminal.
