My wife went there to pick up medication for a friends dog had questions and they was real rude horrible customer service and obviously dont care about animals think they should choos a defferent career i went there with all of my animals and my wife had a question specific for my puppies and got rude back talked searching for a place that actually cares i dont know what changed about this but wont be returning until they actually change there attitude

I can't say enough about this staff...They go above and beyond and are all so caring and friendly. We have taken our older dog there since he was brand new (he is now going on 10) and our new pup now goes there too. Their hours & days of operation are very helpful.

Shout out to Dr. Shaw! He and his staff are the best. They definitely put #1 priority on the welfare of the pets. My 5 lb puppy was spayed today, very microscopic precise procedure, done flawlessly, plus had 3 baby teeth pulled that didn't fall out. Facility is absolutely immaculate. I highly recommend Edgebrook Vet Clinic.

Dr. Shaw and his team have been extremely helpful and kind in taking care of our doxie, Oskar. They take care of his vaccines and small injuries hes sustained over the years, with compassion. Dr. Shaw recently assisted us in diagnosing Oskar with Cushing's Disease and were able to refer us to an internal medicine specialist to help tailor our buddy's treatment so he can be with us for many years to come!

I really cant say anything bad about this vet clinic! Dr. Shaw and his team are very professional and showed the utmost care for my pup when he was ill. I live in Greensburg now but still make the drive to visit with Dr. Shaw! I cannot recommend this place enough!
