Jb hunts drivers came and refused to give me my new refrigerator because I didn't have a shutoff valve in the kitchen. How was I supposed to know this and prepare before they got there. They left destroying the old one. Couldn't even leave the new one on my property. I was left without a fridge for a week. I called and they said there was nothing they could do. Hundreds of dollars wasted on food that went bad. If you want good service don't use JB Hunt.

Probably the worst delivery company I ever had to go with. Super unprofessional, very lazy workers. I had to have my unexperienced brothers bring in my refrigerator because their delivery driver that claims he was there for 12 years and so experienced argued me down about why he couldnt fit the fridge in my home without even attempting to. Not only that they gave me a hard time 2 other times before that third delivery. Then the delivery drivers left without taking my old fridge. Then the fourth driver came rang my doorbell and left without saying anything either so I had to have my home warranty have a whole different company come pick up my fridge because of all the trouble with them. Would never recommend them.

Still waiting for my fridge that has yet to be delivered. They cancelled twice in a row - the second time they failed to notify me at all. Now they allegedly can't find my fridge in the warehouse. What? Still waiting to hear back from a manager. And I'm still without a fridge that's been out for delivery for over a week.

Took off work to be home today for a washer and dryer delivery that was scheduled weeks ago, even got email confirmation yesterday. Stayed home all day today and there was no delivery. No call or email from the company to update on the status. Called the appliance company regarding the delivery and the company said that JB Hunt cancelled the delivery and gave no explanation why, only that I would now have to wait another week and need to reschedule the delivery. Super unprofessional company with extreme lack of communication
