Great Company!
We have been working with Lacey for some time now , she is very professional , responsive and understanding .One of the rarest brokerage companies that are super fair nowadays . Definitely recommending Guided to everyone.

This company steals from carriers and drivers. They refuse to pay their bills. DO NOT HAUL!

Michael, As discussed several times, I am sorry you feel that way but this statement is incorrect. We paid you the agreed amount. The extra amount we didn't pay was based on the fraudulent information your driver provided. We showed you video proof that your driver arrived an hour after the shipper had closed which is why he was not able to get loaded that night. Your issue should be with your driver who provided you false information not me the customer you tried to scam.
