The driver was flexible, friendly, and professional. We had lots of fun riding with him on our wedding day. While they need to fix their email system, they came through in the end.

I hope other brides have better luck than I did. This company's lack of response has me wondering if they are still in business, or will be this time next year. I have been trying to reserve a trolley since March. In that time I have emailed, called, and left messages and have gotten nowhere. I even spoke to a secretary who assured me my call would be returned by the sales team in 24-48 hours, but was never contacted. It's now almost November. My fiance and I are so disappointed but had to move on to another transportation company. Again, I hope other brides have better luck.
