EXCEPTIONAL TRANSPORT SERVICES LLC

I had a limo ride last year for my sons birthday. The driver showed up dusty and disheveled. About 20 minutes into the ride the limo broke down. We were on the side of the road for 35 minutes. A van arrives and picks us up and thats what we finished our ride in. I paid over $600 for this ride and he did not even refund the ride. He did tell me I could get another ride at a later date. That date was this past week where I got another 4 hours in the limo. At the end of the ride the driver tells me I owe him money. Paul and I never discussed me owing anyone anything. I did not pay it and told the driver I would talk to Paul. Before I could talk to Paul, Paul charged my card that he had on file from the previous year for the driver fee. I think this was bold; for one he never refunded my last trip even though we broke down and had to ride in this very unsightly weather van looking replacement after being on the side of the road for what seemed like forever 9 year olds and two, he charged me money for my supposed free ride. I think he would be fine if nothing went wrong (although the driver this year could have looked nicer as well) but when something goes wrong do not expect him to fix the issue. I ended up calling my bank and they removed the charges after I provided texts between he and I. They said this was fraud as I never authorized the charge nor did he ever tell me about it. He is a thief and will not rectify his mistakes. Dont use him for anything special. Service: Limousines

This is the best limo service I have ever used. We hired them for a birthday party and they were wonderful to work with. The driver they sent us, Shelby, was excellent in every way. I also apprecaited how easy it was to get scheduled and how on top of everything their team was. The price was more than fair and we had a wonderful evening overall. I'm so glad I decided to hire them. 10/10

Rich was our driver for our wedding last week. He was on time, made sure that we got everywhere we needed to go, and was a very safe driver. We ended up needing to make a stop on the way to the venue and he was very accomodating. I really appreciate the way this company does business. They were very communicative when I had questions and booking with them was very easy. I had an awesome experience overall and would use them again.

Ben from Exceptional Limousine was our driver during our wedding. He was so nice and got us to and from both the ceremony and reception on time. I can't thank this company enough for providing us with such an excellent driver. He really wonderful. If we ever need a limo service again, I will definitely be calling Exceptional Limousine.

I just wanted to say thank you to Julius from Exceptional Limousine for the service he provided us during our wedding last weekend. He was so kind, honest, and genuinely seemed happy for us during the day off. Everything went very smoothly and we arrived to all the wedding events on time. I will absolutely be recommending this company to friends I have that are getting married later this year. We had a great experience.
