Visited last month for inspection. Was told things are fine, but theres a small hole in my muffler, but that it wont need to be fixed until next inspection. I wouldve asked them to fix it that day, but they had said my car is already finished and to come get it. When I arrived the person with me asked a few questions, the person working the desk was a bit rude and said he doesnt know as he didnt work on it and the mechanics are on lunch. Well.. Ive worked customer service, I wouldve offered a call back when the mechanics were back in! Its simple stuff. But we were brushed off and went away. Within a month, my muffler completely fell off while I was driving. It couldve been a bad situation if I was going faster. I am disappointed because I was there that day, which was clearly busy, and was trying to find more information about what was wrong, and wouldve gladly paid for it to be fixed that day. It was clearly very rotted and I shouldve been told it was more serious than that. I truly believe they were busy that day, and found it easier to sell as many tires to walk ins rather than focus on repairs for appointments. Im disappointed in this service. Ive been there before for tires and they were very quick and a great price. I would return for tires but not for any services beyond that.
