        One star for the really nice guy with the soul patch in the back of the building One star for over night parking Other than that this place is a cluster. Dude running the shipping office was rude and unhelpful they give you a number then it's your job to figure out when and where. Shipping office is in the front when you first pulling in even tho all the signs say coil receiving I used exit 72a to get here it wasn't to bad just be prepared to block two lanes so you can swing wide

        So the company leaves a hand written note for the drivers picking up coils no loading drivers on the 29th 3 different companies stuck here, not one company was informed. Not one employee knows anything with the exception of one worker saying good luck getting loaded. Company phone message system not allowing messages; no one answers phone. Place is a joke and does not belong in prided Pittsburgh PA.
