Zoup!

Reasonably priced and healthy items. Clean store and quick service. I appreciated how the manager (I believe) who was in store went out of his way to look for my car keys when they were misplaced the day I was in this location.

Soups are decent, when you can get there before they close. Online and door says they close at 7pm, went in at 620pm and all soups were put away. Employees were eager to leave and showed no interest in allowing me to place an Order. Dont waste your time!

First time at Zoup and will never return. There were 3 young guys working there and it showed. The place was a mess and there were no other customers. Napkins and trash on counters, front counter was dirty, and trash can looks like someone puked on the side of it a few weeks or months ago. Gross. I have food allergies and asked the guys what soups did not have soy or vegetable oil. They came back and said the lobster bisque does not have those ingredients. Assuming the employees knew their product they are selling I took the bisque. It was bland and I pulled a handful of crawfish shells including my first bite. Desperately needed salt. I called Zoup corporate who confirmed the lobster bisque did have vegetable oil which makes sense why I got horribly sick the night and day after. Either get employees who take food allergies seriously or close up shop. Panera is much better.
