Had a great hop on hop off tour around Pittsburgh. Live on board commentary pointed out the many points of interest of the city, we visited most of these during our week long stay. Well worth doing the tour.

The bus experience was awesome. Vince was an extremely knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide, and the driver was awesome as he navigate through ridiculous traffic. Everyone should enjoy this Pittsburgh experience Tim And Tori Baker

Such a fun, informative way to learn about a city in just a couple-hours timeframe! Learned a lot and saw many highlights of the city along the route. Would recommend the full 2-hour route to others on a limited schedule but who are curious to explore the city more.

We waited an hour for the bus and called the customer service about four times and they still failed to pick us up at the right stop. when we called the customer service the lady on the phone was extremely rude and she didnt care about our concern. looks like she just wants to clock in and out. we lost 80$ and they never replied. we were in a new city excited and they ruined our day and experience response - we waited at the stop for over 45 min-hour so there is no way you looped around. we went to the exact stop you told us at the exact time. ill be expecting our 80$ refund back. 0 accountability we stood there at the correct spot which you told us multiple times what it was.
