        The WORST customer service EVER!. Cretin who works there can't help you make 3 copies. Will NEVER go here again. Go to Shipping Depot on Route 8. Was livid after leaving empty handed and then they charge your credit card when nothing was done. Wow. Stay away!

        Greg at the UPS store is excellent with customer service. Quick response on orders. Shipments are great and he goes out of his way to ensure are company is well taken car of! Great Employee!

        They were welcoming, easy going, and most importantly extremely helpful! The post office wouldn't let me send a package 2 single minutes after closing time, even though it was an emergency. This UPS location accepts next day air packages for two hours longer on Saturday than any other UPS location I could find. Even the UPS locations right next to the airport cut off next day air packages at 1pm saturday, yet somehow this location accepts until 3pm! They were also very transparent with the pricing and how the various delivery windows realistically work out. Thanks for all your help today. To those reading this, good luck with your shipping issues. But, if you are short on time and not sure what to do, save yourself some trouble and just go here.

        The UPS at McCandless Crossing is very efficient & beats anything the Postal Service has done with pkg deliveries. They're delivered timely & without damage. I rarely use the Postal Service; UPS Store beats out the Postal Service. HOWEVER< the UPS tracking page is definitely NOT customer friendly....tracking number is small & hard to read; the customer service with UPS office is very difficult to reach. The STORE at McCandless Crossing is the BEST; Tracking Customer Service is definitely not !

      I think you are talking about the store on RT 8. Our Store is in McCandless Crossing off of McKnight Rd. We are about 20 minutes from either of those locations.
