      image You can tell this organization trains their employees about the importance of customer service. The main office was incredibly helpful, and Michelle at our local location took care of us expeditiously. We got a first floor unit at half the price of the nearest local competitor. Ease of access, cleanliness and security are all excellent. Fast, easy and pleasant

      image I don't usually leave reviews, but I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage there on Madison. I have only had great experiences with the people working there. They have been attentive to my needs and have taken the time to fully answer any questions or resolve any potential concerns. Not to mention the space itself is conveniently located for me, well lit, maintained, and secure. I would only note for people with larger vehicles or if you aren't a confident driver, the parking lot under the building is small and there is a height limit for getting in. But I have seen large trucks unload from the street just fine.
