Alison Smeltzer, appraisor, is professional, trustworthy, honest, and straight forward. We highly recommend her for any and all appraisals. She appraised our home by the book but that's the way it should be done.

By far the worst appraisal company there is out there. Unfortunately having to deal with them for my VA home loan and it clearly seems like they dont have to be fair with everyone, just collect the $150 fee which is obvious as to the 2.7 ratings reviews. These appraisers clearly need more training on how to do their jobs. Dont recommend absolute joke of a company just look on their website and how it is overall.

Awful service. Appraiser would not accept that there is no attic access in the house and that the panel in the ceiling was explicitly for the whole house exhaust fan. This process extended my closing by a month. I lost my locked in interest rate as it had expired. Difficult to get ahold of. Needed to come out a second time to review the fan panel again, TOOK IT OFF (which I thought appraisers were not allowed to do), and left the panel on the floor with the ceiling and paint ruined (thank god I did a final walkthrough to see and document this). Would not recommend this unprofessional, incompetent company.
