What can I say about MiIsha? Very professional hard working young woman. Extremely knowledgeable, she will go the extra mile to get you exactly what you need. MiIsha worked with my girlfriend and I for almost one year trying to find our first home. We first met MiIsha at one of the first open houses we went to and enjoyed the conversation so much that we went with her as our realtor. She was so helpful throughout the journey, teaching us about the process as first-time home buyers. She kept us encouraged even after losing out on a few houses and provided good feedback on our thoughts when putting offers together. We couldn't be happier with the house we ended up with and the process was so easy in large part due to MiIsha. Hopefully we don't look for our next house for a long time, but I would have no hesitation on having MiIsha be the realtor again when/if that time comes.

MiIsha spent countless hours and miles driving me across country to see many different styles and types of homes. I got the pleasure of working with her from roughly December 2020- August 2021. MiIsha is not only intelligent and knowledgeable in her field, she is compassionate and friendly with her clients, which is something that cant be taught. MiIsha rode the highs and lows of becoming a homeowner with me, all while making sure I remained sane and calm! She is quick to respond to all my calls and text, ni matter the hour. MiIsha went above and beyond for my house to sale. After starting a new job there were somethings I could not get the time off to do that would have delayed my home selling process that she covered for me. For example MiIsha arranged and met the occupancy inspectors and plumbers for the dye test. My house was in a multiple offer situation and I landed above asking. She handled all of my uncertainties with ease and made it easy for me to focus on my new job while selling a home. MiIsha was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive to all of our needs and request when it came to purchasing our first home. As first time home buyers, we weren't completely sure of the process and which steps we should do in which order, but MiIsha helped us through it all and made sure we stayed on track. She was also extremely helpful in coordinating our closing date and all of our inspections once we went under contract. We couldnt have asked for a better realtor.
