In the last 3 years Ive struggled heavily with a fear of dying and death in general. So much so that the anxiety built up and I started to have very regular panic attacks. These panic attacks were untriggered randomly in my sleep. I felt hopeless and like I was losing my mind. I start seeing Joe and it made an immediate, drastic change in my life. Although different things work for different people regardless Joe is very attentive, really listens, and provides feedback, advice, and very informational articles, videos, and coping mechanisms. I've been seeing Joe for a handful of months now and my panic attacks have significantly decreased. We work together on a method called tapping. It feels silly but its helped me overcome a very traumatic relationship as well as several layers to my death phobia. If you want someone who is hands on with your treatment and actually wants to see your progress you should definitely see Joe.

Joseph Altman is a kind, gentle-hearted man who only wants the best for people. His methods, the primary of which is tapping, are straightforward and obtain instant results. Tapping is part of the larger school of EFT (emotional freedom technique) treatments. Essentially, one taps on ones pressure points (mostly on the head) whilst engaging difficult thoughts that prevent one from flowing, or, living a full life. Thus, the stress the body holds from trauma is expressed, and the person is freed from their torment. Tapping saved my life. When I met Altman, I was a mess of emotion, and didnt know how to function in relation to the many then-complicated relationships and events. After the first session, we cleared a major hurdle out of the way, and immediately I felt relief. While one could get what one needs in relatively short order, I stayed with Altman for an extended time to really draw out everything and find permanent resolution. One major help along the way is whats called the sore spot. Just below the collarbone, on both sides, is a small nerve slightly more tender than the rest of the flesh. Its sore. Massaging it and repeating a mantra resets the body/soul/spirit connection and gets ones energy flowing in the right direction. But its more than that. I found myself massaging during the week because its a kind of comfort, sort of like a miniature masseuse for ones body. Feeling stressed? Sore spot. Feeling overwhelmed? Sore spot. Tired? Sore spot. There are many more caveats, but you will only find those out with Altman himself. Call him today and change your life.
