I scheduled an appointment and took a day off work. Got called at 3 to say they were delayed and wanted to reschedule to Monday. I said I could not do Monday due to work, they said ok. No one ever showed up or called. Bad customer service

These guys are the best in the area price wise, time wise and work quality wise. I have used them 3-4 times now and find the reasonable. A guy name Jim who works here is wonderful.
They installed water heater and very reasonable cost like 50% lower, the only other company comparable was Mr Water heater but they just do water heaters and not plumbing
They repaired a leak in kitchen sink drain pipe which was not easily accessible and was leaking in garage due to corrosion, other competing companies were charging me arm and leg.
Update 12/06/23:
The company has gone horrible since part of Armstrong comfort solutions. Its not the same Services: Water heater installation, Plumbing leak detection, Plumbing pipe repair

We had a slow leak in the ceiling underneath our bathroom. We were very happy that they could come fix the problem so quickly and close to a holiday. Eric was a very knowledgeable plumber and he figured out what the problem was right away. Such a nice guy and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend him and this company!
