Pizza Hut

Called and placed a order twice within a month and they couldn't accept cash and didn't have drivers for delivery. This location should probably shut down if it doesn't have the infrastructure to stand up to the business that it's franchise advertises.

Pizza was ordered around 5 today and no one even showed up, called to say there would be a delay or that no one answered the phone shows how unprofessional this particular pizza hut is. Pizza was finally delivered at 8:30 p.m. and we were not told that a door dash driver was delivering the pizza. Called the corporate office like 2 hours before the pizza got here and was given a refund. Truly dissatisfied and I wouldn't trust to order from them again. Forest Hills Pizza Hut is a hot mess.

The pizza was good, however, they forgot my bread sticks (this was delivery) I tried to call the location, but nobody answered. I cannot recommend this place due to the lackluster customer service. Like c'mon man.

Be careful when you're ordering from Forest Hills Pizza Hut. They prep the frozen dough throughout the entire day as they need it but whatever is left over at night they change the date tags on the dough that is in the cooler. The ceiling is leaking and they have buckets to catch the falling water. There is so much grime on the walls and floor and isn't thoroughly cleaned like it should be. The employees drink while they're working or go outside to get high. Also, DO NOT TIP the delivery driver, a lot of people don't notice this but they charge you $4.49 for a delivery fee. The health dept has been called on them. I worked there and is how I know all of this information.

TERRIBLE Service We Order A Dinner Box From Them. I Should of hung up from the very beginning shame on me. The girl that answered the phone had to be repeatedly told our order. Then come delivery the driver calls and says hes outside I go outside no driver. After 20mins of trying to direct him to our house he reads off the address its wrong and hes on the other side of town completely lost. So I go to call the store back because at this point I want a refund its been well over a hour since I 1st ordered the drivers lost my food will probably be cold if I get it. Ive literally called the store 15 times and not a single person has answered they close at 9 I placed my original order around 6 its now 7:40 and I still have no food and I still have yet to get any one on the line to right this wrong and I already paid with my card so now I have no food or money. Im highly disappointed I will never order from this store again.
