Luis was able to come to rescue and tune my piano at the last minute before the Christmas holidays. My son was coming home for the holidays and wanted to be able to play the piano where his love for music began. We have had another piano tuner in the past that gave excuses on why he couldn't tune the piano even though he had no problem charging for incomplete service. Luis blew me away with his expertise and friendly demeanor. My son was thrilled that our piano was finally in tune again and hearing him play over the holidays was a pure delight for me. I cannot thank you enough Luis! You are amazing!

Absolutely amazing, these pianos sound wonderful now. I used to ask my son to never use the upright because it sounded quite awful, the baby grand was not bad at best. Its quite pleasant to listen to him play in either room on either piano now. Definitely going to be calling Luis back we need another tuning. Hes very professional and he communicates clearly about what is being done and what may be wrong.

Luis came to my home in Pittsburgh and installed a Dampp-Chaser system in my baby grand Kawai. He was very pleasant and professional. My house is very dry in the winter and I had one piece of furniture, a custom built wood table, crack in the winter last year, so I am grateful to him for helping me to save the wood in my piano from the same fate this winter by helping me out in a timely manner.

Luis was very professional, he also cleaned the inside and outside of my baby grand piano . Plus repaired loose piece of the piano. Very pleasant and he finished with having me play a few keys while he played along. It was beautiful we should have recorded the piece. Especially since I really dont play piano.
