I have been shopping here since theyve opened and its so convenient. They have most of the things Im looking for and if they dont, they do their best to get them for me! Everyone is so nice and helpful, the store is always really clean and neat, and they have raw cat food! This store is my new go-to. Way better quality of food than regular pet stores. Definitely shop here if you are looking for quality food. Shoutout to Casey for always making sure my raw food is in stock!

Outstanding customer service ! At the time of this review I was having issues with same day shipping on the website. I called and they immediately delivered it to my house. Which I am so grateful for. My cat is 19 and Ive been having a hard time getting her the food she needs. She will be one happy kitty! Also, side note as a dog trainer they have many products I recommend to clients that your big name stores do not carry. I highly recommend! Good products, great customer service. 10/10

Pet People in McCandless Crossing in the Northhills is a great store. I use their dog wash. Its awesome. You get treats to get your dog motivated to get in one of their 3 tubs. They supply the shampoo/towels & even an apron to keep you dry. They have a cool-air dryer & surprisingly my dog isnt afraid of it!! You cant beat the price & the month of December they have a special 5 washes for $50. A great stocking stuffer !!!

Looks like a normal pet store but once I really started looking they have high quality food and great dog toys/puzzles. I was excited to find raw bones, kefer, and goats milk there as well. Definitely going back soon!
