Worse medical place EVER now days!!! You call to make an appointment and NO ONE ever answers the phone! Pick a better PCP if you can because youll never get what you need from here. I have multiple medical issues and cant make an appointment or get my prescription refilled because the nurse never calls you back neither. It was a way better business when ACAC church still had something to do with it, now this place is just all around ghetto and unprofessional! I was forced to give at least one star unfortunately

I would rather get a tooth pulled with no numbing than deal with these people. These people are dangerous and they will play with your health. If you are looking for somewhere to file complaints, you can file complaints on the state's department of health website. Be a patient here at your own risk!

Used to go there 10 years ago when I had no insurance. Loved Dr. Christine Guy. Just had an appointment with Dr. Nancy Parks!! ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! These people are in it from the heart, NOT THE MONEY!! Now that I have insurance I will keep coming here!!!!!.

Very poor experience. Waited for a month for an appointment, confirmed the Friday before my appointment with the facility and when I got there on that following Monday they stated they canceled my appointment. They did not call to cancel and I missed work to be there. I would advise not to choose this facility for any medical care.

The nurses have such bad attitudes and they are slow and lazy when I call to make a appointment the receptionist is very rude and has a bad attitude
