        The staff in the eye / ear care unit is very friendly, and accommodating. However the young woman downstairs that is there to assist you in finding your way around is absolutely useless. She was asleep when I walked in, and not any help at all.

        I have RP, and this facility has helped me greatly. Today's visit, I worked with OT and Dr. Smith. I am excited about the new technology that will allow me to keep my independence. This is the place to go for low vision concerns.
