Was there delivering a load of pipe to their shop a few weeks ago. I pulled through the front gate and within seconds one of the shop employees was there greeting me with a smile and he helped show me around to the unloading area. Thanks to the friendly staff, I made it around the building to the correct area and parked the truck. At that point several guys, including their Operations Manager Richard, came out the rear door and approached my truck. I rolled my window down and Richard waved and walked over. We had a great conversation and shared a few laughs, as the other three guys unloaded my truck. When they were finished Richard personally directed me out the back gate. It was a wonderful experience that absolutely made my day. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! FIVE STARS!
